Return Policy Terms for Handmade Extension Solutions

The item may be returned with-in 30 days and a refund applied if sent back unused, with no discernible damages and is still fully functional.

Warranty:

The Power Bucket disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages, including lost or duplicated time, expenses or wages, accruing for any reason whatsoever to Customer, whether such claim is made in contract or in tort or under any warranty or in negligence, indemnity or otherwise, even if The Power Bucket has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If The Power Bucket determines that the Covered Repair must be replaced, The Power Bucket makes no guarantee that the same make and model will be available. In the event that a different make or model is provided pursuant to this Warranty, Customer will receive a model of substantially equal or approximate size and performance as the original Covered Purchase.

This Warranty does not cover consumable products including, but not limited to extension cords, and does not extend to customer supplied equipment or materials that are plugged into, located near, or affected by failure of the purchased unit. This Warranty does not apply to equipment that was plugged into The Power Bucket; repairs that were occuring while using The Power Bucket; or repairs made necessary due to the failure of a non-covered part causing damage, whether in whole or in part, to the Covered Repair.

The Power Bucket will replace, in whole or in part, the Power Bucket model purchased if damaged during normal operations as a power supply. This includes any part of The Power Bucket, in whole or in part, that is required to make the product whole and complete and in working order. Customer is responsible for return shipping to manufacturing facility for repairs or replacement.
